Pedro de Juan Pérez

Pedro is an experienced and highly regarded lawyer and litigator. He is partner and head of our Criminal law practice.

Pedro is recognized for his ability to steer the right course in the toughest cases. Clients appreciate his knowledge, pragmatism and efficiency.

Pedro is involved in the enforcement of IP rights with Spanish customs, courts and police forces.

He has a Law degree from the University of Alicante and participated in the E.C. Program under Robert Schuman Project.

Pedro is a member of the Alicante Bar since 1985, being appointed in 1998 as a member of the Court of Arbitration.

His working languages are Spanish and English.
