Marina Gómez-Daudén Calvo

Marina is the Managing Partner of DAUDÉN and our founder. She is in charge of the overall management and business development.

Marina has many years of experience in the IP field. This includes prosecution of trademark, patent and design applications, advisory services and litigation in all aspects relating to IP rights. Before founding DAUDÉN, she worked for other important IP firms and handled all kinds of proceedings before EUIPO.

Marina is the Chair of the IP section of the Alicante Bar and she is highly involved in promoting the strategic importance of IP to Spanish companies. She is also a member of the AIPPI.

Marina is a frequent organizer, coordinator and moderator at national and international conferences and teaches teaches in the Master in Intellectual Property “Magister Lvcentinus” at Alicante University.

Marina has a Law degree from the University of Alicante and a Master’s degree “Magister Lvcentinvs” in Intellectual Property. She is a native Spanish speaker and is highly proficient in English and Italian.
